summerset isles is another desert

oasis city sits upon a fresh water lake that flows out to sea

vvardenfell doesn't not sit on a freshwater lake, sea water flows around the island like summerset isles

on second thought, high rock and skyrim get their fresh water from their mountains and rainfall
