Yes. I'm going to try my best to stop drinking. I managed 4 days sober before yesterday. Not long ago I used to have three beers. Now I chug a bottle of Jack and it has roughly the same effect as three beers used to have. I'm terrified where this is headed so quick. And that I can't stop. 4 days after telling myself I have to stop.
