This, and adhd stimulants, both concern me greatly.
Having tried both for a duration I can tell you that purposely normifying yourself to better fit into society is basically pharmaceutical suicide. It’s worse with IR amphetamines because they feel good so people will take them for decades.
Everything that makes you special goes in a heartbeat and it’s reinforced by how the drug makes you feel and act so you end up WANTING this somehow. Selling your soul so you can progress how most people do is not worth it at all

Every time I think about parents who let their docotor give their kids stimulants at 6 years old I get so fucking angry.
What are you talking about you’re giving your kid adderall because he’s a litttle hyperactive at 6? Are you fucking kidding me?
