The line:
Disallow: /raid/

should become:
Disallow: /raid/*

The current configuration blocks access to neither the /index.html nor any of the /threads/* thus making it completely useless.

Also you should change the router.php to map /board/ to /board/index.html

This functions with /soy but with all the other boards soyjak.st/board redirects to the 404 page.
