The claim itself is challenging my ability to debate because by saying "You're capable" tells in writing one's capability of a skill. I debated your statement of being "capable" in the first place by refuting it with a "no not really" which quite literally starts and continues the debate. Not that anybody won.
YOU have stated that I am capable of debating, to which I responded in a less than ideal manner as to my lack of ability to do so.
However you're forgetting one thing. I was a different person than I were 10 minutes ago. I may have not been able to debate then, but I am now. You are debating about a past version of me being unable to debate, however my current version can debate. Because I answered your debate with "no not really" and a second later I am capable, you have officially lost the argument
