It's unlikely because there's no evolutionarily beneficial mechanism this would serve and there would probably be some scientific way to monitor your brain's activity in your sleep to measure it happening. Even if that wasn't possible, there's about as much proof for it as there is a 6 million foot tall invisible alien nigger waiting to use his fire breathe to obliterate all cracKKKers on earth. That's to say, there's no way to prove it's real and the burden of proof lies on the person making the claim or something
