for explanation, Blue Archive used to have a "spark" system: pull 200 times and you can force the character you want.
They changed it to a 50/50 pity system. At 100 pulls you get a 50/50 chance, at 200 it's guaranteed, but the counter resets the moment you get the featured character.
Players are pissed, ratings and revenue dropped
