That's what they do, they can control the rent prices as much as they want and you can't object to that, because the next homes are also owned by Blackrock. Also high housing costs are not beneficial for any society apart from boomers and kikes.

I do agree that the state also is retarded for not building enough housing, but housing should be reserved for the natives and their children, so they could build wealth and stability and contribute to the economy, instead of giving homes to companies for them to make you rent your whole life and own nothing.
