It's a bit heartbreaking to see that, while most of the diaspora does have legitimate reasons to hate said government and have chuddy talking points, the Western media tends to highlight their liberal personalities and elements, the ones who are as bad as the regime itself. Does a dignified iranian diaspora person want the regime to fall only for his culture to be replaced by that of foreign people and for the country to become a liberal zoghell? Of course not, the said can be said for many of Taiwan, Cuba or Venezuela, but they are always overshadowed by the liberal elements of the diaspora.
