you posted a wojak, so fuck you. I literally hate you now. I genuinely hate you. I live in that town in Canada where people have their cars unlocked, in case someone gets attacked by a polar bear, and I will now proceed to keep my car locked, just in case that results in your mauling.

work with your own body mass - push-ups, pull-ups, squats, stretching etc. that's for starters
start pumping iron when you're comfortable with your own body and confident about its abilities

PPL is the best split there is. since youre a beginner just go PxPxLxx until you get comfortable then you can go full PPLPPxx. rest days focus on your conditioning/cardio. also always do your stretching AFTER your workout. idk what jackass got people thinking having loose muscles then trying to get maximum performance from them was a good idea. good luck on your fitness journey bro

how the hell is a car gunna stop a polar bear? they can easily break a window and probably rip the door clean off without much effort

do stretching before workout as well. it's not only about muscles, stretching prepares your joints as well. and you really don't want to fuck up your joints.

you do warmups, not stretches.

yeah, you're right. rotating the rotators or something. just prepare the joints for the strain

yeah warmups prep the joints and get the blood flowing for better performance and minimal risk of a trip to snap city. stretching relieves the tension so you arent sore later on and wont tank your performance for the next day. also helps with the excessive buildup of muscle enzymes for people who lift really heavy but i mostly do calisthenics so thats not a huge issue for me
