When governments get involved in the markets, giving out monopoly privileges, subsidies, etc, then the corporations that benefit from this become pro-government since that's the obvious better incentive for them than less government. That's what's happened basically worldwide as every first-world government has ballooned in size and influence in the market, and is the main reason why corporations embraced wokeness.
