Break your neck so you're paralyzed from the neck down.

Serious answer though, you kinda just have to get used to it. The human spine and legs were kinda evolutionary rush jobs, by the time you start approaching your 30s, one or both of them are almost always going to hurt.

I'm 20. Fuck my life. I legit can't do anything. I can't even lift anything because of my nerves despite being physically strong with big muscles. I feel so weak

Serious question: are you double jointed or really flexible?

Joint hypermobility has a tendency to cause chronic pain because it's typically linked to abnormal connective tissues. You're likely in about the same boat as I am, although probably not as severe as mine.

Keep active the best you can without outright crippling yourself, it helps stave off some of the worst of it. Learn how to do stretches for your problem areas, and genuinely consider having a cane on hand for days where your body just says no. Maybe look into a TENS unit if you have a lot of muscular issues. I've been dealing with this shit since kindergarten, it sucks but unfortunately there's not much to be done besides exercise and pain management.
