This annoys the player and gives leeway to powermods who abide by their saint rules harder then gestapo.
I propose that role restrictions in rp games should stem not from moderation involvement, but from game mechanics, from strategies most beneficial to the role style of gameplay and et cetera. This way player will feel that it's not forced by someone else but instead discovered by himself.
