So are you proposing a one world governemt? What if it's "authoritarian"? A lot harder to counter too since this would br an ungodly, never seen before level of beurocracy. Also differences in governments is at least to an extent causal from the demographic of the population, there is a reason the corruption index of the world looks like this.
