Jewtube put this video in my recommended, and I must admit that seeing the term "Fascist Theocracy" on my page piqued my interest, so I clicked.
You'll notice that all of the comments are praising this Frank Zappa character for predicting the future and how genius he was. This really confuses me because not only does "Fascist Theocracy" not describe modern America even a little tiny bit, but he does not even define what exactly he means anywhere in this clip beyond "It's a government based on a religion."
Not only that, but he also completely ignores two very valid criticisms of his claim.
1. America is getting more liberal, not less
2. Every system of government ever devised is based on religion or morality, so his definition is bunk
If this guy were so smart, you'd think he'd be able to refute either of those rebuttals.
This is a perfect example of how leftists treat politics. They speak as if they have a whole systematized worldview, but it literally does not exist. None of their claims hold any weight and will fall apart under the slightest scrutiny, and are only propped up by fellow leftists who refuse to point out that the emperor has no clothes; that is to say, that the claim is nonsense.
