Depression stems from realization of truth,about how meaningless our existence is,the most depressed people are the ones who dont belive in any religion,drown themselves in addictions which later on makes them even more depressed and no goals/commitment in life,all of this usually stems from social media and its addictive presence,you can become sad just by thinking about simple stuff too much,so the truth is the dumb people live happier then smart ones
