I would say communism creates a stratified society based on bureaucrats and military officers being replacements of the bourgeoisie, communist societies also fail in achieving true communism and default into a pseudo-conservative stagnation like seen in the USSR, Cuba, Vietnam, and now China. Communism has been soured as a term and ideology in the public view by leaders like Pol Pot and Stalin, the most radical Kruschevite revisionism can't get that taste out of the mouths of non-communists.

Crime and outlaws would also become a much bigger threat in such a society because of the lack of authority.
Socialism leads to the nation stagnating in development because of the lack of need for innovation. Freedom also becomes limited because you need to suppress it to centrally plan the economy and keep people from emigrating. There's also no clear point when the government should cease to exist so it's likely just gonna turn into a dictatorship like all the socialism attempts before it.
