I mostly agree but I don't think blacks who've been living in France for generations should be compared to north African migrants and refugees. the truth is that as long as your punishing someone whose innocent it strays from the optimal outcome. there are much more targeted, and efficient solutions to many problems where a certain group has a predisposition to causing it (such as police on the streets to prevent crimes like murders, which are mostly caused by men)
