After defeating their common enemies the axis powers would likely have turned on each other and created a new cold war type scenario. Given that all fascist movements seem to be a collective struggle against a common enemy, I'm not sure what would happen after a single nation arose as the dominant power. Perhaps they'd increasingly turn upon the less desirable segments of their own population, or fragment as conflicts of leadership arose. There's also the possibility that they undergo a form of liberalization since there wouldn't be any grand war to be fighting or preparing for. Then again, that would mean the dissolution of the facist movement entirely.

They'd probably liberalize, as peace and prosperity would make the people forget why their ancestors became fascists in the first place; it would be hard to justify authoritarianism in world without danger. However without globalist kikes around to push their agendas, they most likely wouldn't reach our level of degeneracy.
In 1984 the world governments justify their level of state control by making up fake wars with each other so they can keep up the facade of war communism going on forever. This is probably the best bet the ruling class of those fascist nations would have to justify themselves to the population.
