>>3162956>>3162970Bulking is a waste of time. Try to eat at least under cooked eggs/meat as frequently as possible, this is simply because "cooking" meat is only killing the actual nutrients inside the food, and you'll find you don't actually have to eat as much food to "bulk"
As for "bulking", unless you're 40-57kg, remaining lean is far healthier for you long term than being big. Humans have never naturally been buff until modern gyms, steroids etc came into fruition.
