>>3147099I don't get it, are non-state oligarchs different than state oligarchs? The state one should be worse under your worldview. And besides, I thought your whole idea was about starting the america/new state project anew and modeled kinda like hoppe "covenant community" for free associations. Would deregulation also open the market to competition, under assumptions that could outcompete the oligarch.
Also are you tied to your classicsl liberalism, do you not want to become a keynesian or worse?

>>3147260I feel the same way about you, Minnorth. Right now discourse has people racing to claim they want to kill the most amount of people, that sort of irreverent expression of grievance politics is in and can admittedly be funny. You're still a compassionate Christian though.

Jokes aside, to see that kind of rash rhetoric coming from my own "camp" does upset me (though I will say it seems much more prominent among tradcath LARPers, Orthodoxy does have the same type of people). As much as atheists/pagans deliberately misinterpret Matthew 5:39 and "Turn the other cheek", it seems like a lot of Christians seem to completely ignore the legitimate advice in that when it comes to politics.
