children usually greet me first but their parents don't do it at all, sometimes they nod if their kid did it first. I greet people in my rural town with a smile and a verbal greeting but when I travel to cities I still make eye contact, smile, and nod. I don't care if it's rude, I am an Aryan and acknowledging each other in passing is customary of the way things ought to be. I also clean up trash and dog shit and return the shopping cart to where I found it.

i also greet people in my town kindly, especially older people. though, sometimes i don't greet a person that doesn't look like it wants to be greeted (most often the case with immigrants) or teenagers. whenever i'm in a bigger city (100k+ residents), i just mind my own business, either look straight into nothingness or keep my eyes on the street.
