he refused to take a piss test which I think might violate a court order that once you get a DUI (regardless of location) you must submit a test.

So if it slides, he gets away with a DUI. they can only suspect he was drunk but loses his license.

pretty sure if he doesnt piss they have to assume he was drunk in court which adds an extra charge to fight amongst reckless driving and public endangerment
