-exercise/play a sport (make sure to have dynamic warmup before training and stretching after)
-meditate/aura training, preferably in nature
-fresh air, water, balanced diet (protein and fruits/vegetables)
-consistent sleep schedule of 9-10 hrs
-work towards the mastery of one or more things: sports, music, astronomy, etc. whatever u want
