and as for exercizing not sure if OP does but I have been getting 7-10 thousand walks in a day. I usually walk up hills at a hiking trail near me with steep hills so I get cardio and I lift small weights because I dont want to build up muscle mass. too old for that shit now. thats for teens and 20 year olds. it because heart problematic im told by 30s.
working on getting down to 190 at 6 feet. currently Im 217
