Either jannyfriends didn't see it or they deliberately approved it. If it's the former, then it could be abused to bypass autoban filters by posting an image with extra bytes appended to it and then posting the same file as a .txt, which won't require approval, because the hashes will match. Food for thought, MODS.

It's just a PNG file renamed to pinkamena.txt, which makes the site treat it as a text file. In practice, this means that you can post binary data arbitrarily, that is, it won't get mangled serverside. It also comes pre-approved if it matches the hash of a previously posted file, which it does because it's the same file renamed.
