In russia there is the opposite of hypergamy going on because they have a disproportionate amount of women. That's why there are so many russian women who could be supermodels dating ugly orcs.

Importing a bunch of women from third world countries (no men) would literally end hypergamy. It has zero downsides too, women can still work as any immigrant would and also no crime.
