That's why you'll need to warp up some of the original aspect that is in our timeline as of course if things are still the way they are they wouldn't have the ability of a different outcome. Germany would have let go of plunder economy methinks and Himmler would've been the next Fuhrer after Hitler dies somewhere around the mid 50s to early 60s. The Reich would be stable before then but after Himmler is coronated I don't know

I don't think himmler would be the next fuhrer in that scenario. I find someone like Speer to be the most likely to be the next leader. Hitler was really ambitious about how he wants to build up the Reich after the war, and I think technocrats like Speer would have been the best choice to fulfill those ambitions. Or I guess Goebbels, since he was the Chancellor after Hitler's death in our timeline. I think most of the SS would be occupied with fighting resistance in the occupied territories in the east

I don't know how he would manage to hold on to that position doe. Everybody wants to be the Fuhrer after Hitler's death and they would do everything to position themselves there, even with force. Himmler has the hold of the entire SS and thus could use that to purge (lay off) oppositions with threats or straight up coup if he's insane enough. Unless Hitler planned a system to keep his desired successor in power, Himmler would be at the top in terms of power

Technocrats would have probably gained more influence and better positions after the war to help Hitler build xhis greater germanic aryan utopia and maybe Speer could have used their influence to solidify his position. Hitler would probably deal with the SS if they were too much of a threat, sending them far away to the eastern territories to deal with resistance would be a good way to do so I think.
