I think its only inevitable that this happens as American hegemony falls, and we see the rise of blocs like the EU and China "rise", this multipolarity is bound to make things explode a bit.
This is very evident as we're seeing aggressive moves becoming more frequent like with Ukraine. And not to mention the US scrambling for as much power as possible in it's decline, look to Greenland, Venezuela and Iran – textbook Thucydides trap
I hope for instability though, as theres the off chance that things may change domestically. I just pray for those caught in the doom to come.

Lets say accelerationists get their civil war, I foresee a balkanised America tbh. Because when societies breakdown, how can one easily ally with those not of kin? There are higher proportions of non-Whites in America than Europe. So things are going to get nasty and divisive for everyone there. I wish them goodluck, but they attempt to abandon their entire history that's made them a vassal for capital. One thing America does have going for it, is it's large stockpile. But without a mutiny in the armed forces I don't see anything of substance happening.
Europe's problems come from ideologues of the past setting up retarded systems [just like America but istead not entrenching them because we've had a much longer history of autocracies to rally under. Europeans aren't afraid to switch up systems and rally under kings], killing our brethren and then (in the modern day) American interference. If America implodes, Europe will be freed from some of it's tightest binds.
Whatever happens next is up to them, but I think chances of coming out of it in one piece are better.
