Not necessarily porn but gore. You can't google any mild medical issue without seeing the most extreme most heinous horrible shit. Especially if it's related dick-related. I remember seeing a glans that looked like it had been skinned and you could see yellow flesh. Fucking horrible and worse than any gore I've seen on sharty.
