The Organization i'm apart of does Rituals and Ceremonies for Germanic holidays. We also sometimes do get-togethers just for fun.
And when I say ritual I don't mean Satanic-style blood sacrifices and shit. We typically gather around a fire inside a rune circle, our Gothi (Basically an Odinist priest) then reads a writing to us for whichever god/event we are celebrating, then we each hail a god.
