It depends, since danger can present itself in different manners; Jews aren't particularly dangerous in your everyday life, but they're highly nepotistic, tribal and high-IQ, which would be dangerous for your society, for example, but not you in particular. Blacks have a much lower-IQ and impulse control, so they'd be more dangerous, on average, in your day to day life, as they're more prone to commiting violent, irrational acts, both randomly and indvidually, if you somehow anger one, which isn't hard. Jews were often banished from France, then brought back. Under Philip the Fair in 1308, they were all arrested, exiled from the kingdom, and their belongings confiscated. Louis the Quarreler, his successor, brought the Jews back in 1320.
