No, stop. Stop right there. Culture might be important to some people, but most people actually prefer their loved ones (regardless of race) to their "race". Loved ones, unlike race, aren't arbitrary. Race is a social phenomenon and human construct, loved ones are objective. Even these "collectives" are just stereotyping at work. Most people let go of their culture or "race" rather easily. Perhaps there will be some (not necessarily) conflict between them at first, but most integrate into the collective over generations.
Now, about your talk about "collectives". They need to be broken down ASAP. I don't care if it's black or white, asian or hispanic, group mentality is a sign of low IQ and animalistic behaviour. This is only because they cause crime. If they didn't cause crime, then they wouldn't be a problem at all. Nepotism should also be eliminated if it actually hinders progress. Luckily most people don't behave like this, and the Indians you speak of might just be really good managers.

So I know you might think of me as being like you behind the scenes, but Im genuinely not. My entire country has been weakened because of rampant nationalism, and that nationalism might come back to weaken it even more. I have personal reasons for hating nationalism because I have seen the actual evidence of what nationalism does.
In conclusion: Nationalism is based on an arbitrary distinction of "race". It stereotypes people and segregates them so it effectively breeds hate (for no good reason). All arguments for it boil down to "well it's not my people so me mad!" which shows that it's all emotional (perhaps arguments against it also are but most people wouldn't want nationalism if it wasn't for its supposed utilitarian "benefits")
