The "good gene number" doesn't matter when AI is in charge. AI makes IQ almost obsolete and a fringe minority that is skilled enough can maintain it. Notice how Indian immigrants in the US perform better than whites.

Real "AI singularity" is definitely not going to be reached in the next 3 decades at least and by 2060 70% of Earth is going to be sub saharans and 78iq Indians due to elite brahmin birthrate patters (it's overwhelmingly lower cast dalit biowaste) will just act as a destructive force on the developed world. By then Africa etc would not be receiving foreign aid to sustain their lives and would migrate to the developing world en masse, which themselves are disintegrating off of having low labor force with twice the amount of pansioners to sustain. Technically any 2 SD above the iq mean group of any demograpgic can operate an ai, and if it becomes conscious the first thing it'll probably do is flatten africa for being hodt of subaltern masses that are only a net drain on the world economy

Give me the name of a country that is 130 iq on average. You cannot have an ethnostate that, on average, smart enough to maintain AI. You need elites, not nations. You are trying to cope by thinking that AI development will lead to hyperborean ethnostate rather than technofeudalism. The demographics of today can be largely sustained if there is a good enough distinction between the elites and the masses. Unless you think that every single white has gone extinct a long time ago and the actual whites were demigods that had 1488 iq on average and were capable of telekinesis, white nationalism will not be a landscape in which AI thrives. Unless you decide to run a eugenics program that gets rid of the bottom 50 percent of the whites, that is.
