>>2943181It is very good to keep your thoughts in order as long as you keep it relatively simple. When I write about my feelings I normally keep it one to two sentences. If I write about my thoughts on them, I try to record a lesson or bit of advice for myself, which is also useful. Things like:

>Today I felt happy. I think it was because I did *blank*. I should do this more.et cetera.
