been cutting a lot of carbs. ever since i started about a month and a half ago i've lost about 12-15 pounds. also been eating healthier as well. i was told to come here to reach out to gokuposter about calisthenics and how to start but i reckon he isn't browsing at the moment, so i'll just do some of my own research while i wait. a lot of cardio as well. i'm actually kind of shocked the stupid shit i'm doing currently is working to shed my weight.

yes i can. i've gone from 205 to 190. i just don't eat much i guess, but i still try to get most macros i need every day. i would be great at ramadan if i was muslim. i'll probably start cutting what i'm doing back if i notice any signs of atrophy, but i think i've actually gotten stronger during this time. i also said a month and a half, probably coming up on 2 months really.

adding onto this, weight could also just decrease because i have less food in my body. take away about 3-4 pounds of what-would-be food, that still means i've lost about 11-12 pounds of my actual body weight by now. i'd still be really happy about that though. i only shit once every 2 days now so thats probably confirms it somewhat. no reason to complain about progress though.

dont losten to cuckgeta hes basically retarded when it comes to anything fitness related. its absolutely possible to lose that much but you're probably mostly losing water weight. best to check the scale every morning post morning shit and pre breakfast to track your weight the most accurately. as far as calisthenics go i can tell you a decent bit but most of what im going to say i just got from these youtube channels. kevin zhang, yellow dude/gravgear, mattbuttersthenics, benji_04, coacheugeneteo,movementbydavid, minusthegym, paul twyman, and bodyweight process. i try to apply bodybuildimg principals to my workouts but i dont do much weight training anymore cuz its kinda boring but id recommend atleast a few sets of dumbbells to work out some problem areas if youre dead set on it

i see. maybe i'll blow some cash on some dumbbells and see where that gets me. i've always wanted a pull-up bar but if i fuck anything up in here my landlord will kill me. what i've been doing to supplement the weight loss is vr, funny enough. i didn't think it would get me as far as it has. i usually play very, very high intensity for 3-5 hours about 3-4 days a week. did some calculation and it comes down to about 1400 cals burned (probably more like 1200-1100 if being less generous) a session. thoughts?
