GTA6 has been delayed so much for 2 reasons:
1. It has to be optimized. The vast majority of people in the real world can't actually afford a whole new $4,000+ computer, but they can afford retarded little microtransactions, which the game will be full of. They need to sell those microtransactions to make the bulk of their money over the course of the game's inevitable 10+ year lifespan.
2. They realized they have to make the game more politically friendly to the right wing, or they will lose half of their potential income. Social media that isn't censored to hell and back a million times, and real life, are making it very obvious about where the majority of men under 30 stand.
