Everybody agrees that Jesus did in fact exist. The disputed part, however. Is the miracles themselves. Which are really only mentioned by the bible and not by any other historians at the time frame.
You also must take into account that Jesus was attempting to reform Judaism at the time. Which means people who admired him maybe have tried to essentially martyrize him when the events of his execution unfolded.

No we wouldn't have found his skeleton by now, it was thousands of years ago. We struggle with finding skeletons of people that we know of their burial site, how can we find his skeleton?

I can claim I saw a flying red bear. Does that make it true? None of the so called "testimonies" aligned consistently with other testimonies. One of which was from someone who didn't even meet Jesus when was alive, but claimed all of his experiences came from a dream/vision. That's the epitome of "trust me bro" if I ever saw one.
