I do too much to summarise, but the way I train is gradually work up to heavy weight, and then get out 6-12 reps till failure. I do this once per exercise.
I will split my days up, chest + triceps -> legs -> back + biceps -> cardio | repeat
Featuring 1 reset day on sunday, this routine repeats over 14 days

Compund lifts like barbell squat, I will probably aim for 4-6 reps, always going to failure of course.
Bench press I try to have more volume, on isolated exercises i want more reps aswell (12-15 for chest flies, at least 8 for lateral raises + shoulder work)
I am more finicky with arms because I obsess over different sub muscles in my triceps and biceps. I could explain how I train them but taht would take me like 20 minutes of typing

I moved my pull day after my leg day so my side delts can heal and my shoulder strength basically blew tf up overnight.
