Foid comes from Femoid, which in turn comes from Android, and essentially is just saying women are more like robots rather then humans, I think calling a child a foid is le bad because while sure children aren't as mentally developed as adults that's normal and also pretty well understood, different from grown women who (think) they are mature but really aren't.
