The advice is surface level and directed towards 40 year olds with families who jerk it twice a week because their wife wont have sex with them or something. For half of the book it tries to convince you that born is actually friggin bad eventhough anyone reading this book already knows that. The main message of the book is "just tell yourself youre not a porn addict whenever you get the urge to goon or something" which is retarded and just doesnt work.
