When the word based started being thrown around as it is, it was in reaction to the term woke. Woke, now being a vague terms almost always spoken in a negative light, was used genuinely as adjective describing someone being an enlightened progressive. Woke is now almost universally used in a negative sense while seemingly every normalnigger of every political persuasion uses based. Why did woke fail and based "prosper" (become gay normalnigger speech people use earnestly)?
