Sometimes I don't eat food and drink many cups of coffee maybe 400-600mg at least of caffeine to give myself anxiety and high heart rate. Maybe in conjunction with nicotine or thc for intense effects. Then i imagine myself as infantry in war. Sometimes its ukraine-like scenario or iraq like scenario maybe im in a vehicle of sorts and im thinking an ied will kill me or artillery or a landmine may randomly blow me up, or omniscient sniper shoots me in head unexpectedly when looking into a treeline. I think about how painful it must be but it is necessary to mentally prepare for these things
