The idea that the public gathering clause in the 1st amendment is about protesting, is a fabrication. They made this up so you would do a symbolic protest and then get yourself flagged and arrested at home. They did that to the January 6th protesters. Most protests achieve nothing. The civil rights protests were effective because they disrupted public life and forced lawmakers and voters to address their demands and accept the (((interest group bribes))).
