Basically all big companies are socialist by necessity. One of the major flaws of free market capitalism is that all criticism that can be levied against a socialist state also applies to companies or business entities should they be large enough. For example, a company that is as large as McDonald's can not properly take into account the subtle nuances of local supplies and demands, so they effectively become a control economy.
