Depends on the type of armaments the insurgents would be using.
If they have lots of ATGMs, effective comms, high and medium Altitude AA that can neutralize slow moving drones and lots of tunnels, than yeah it would be pretty viable.

In a vacuum where they have no support from NATO allies? Very. The brits barely have a fucking army at this point, the only issue is people actually getting ahold of weapons, but with the advent of 3d printed guns this may not be too much of a problem.

pic related: the FGC 9 is basically a completely 3d printed 9mm carbine that requires basic metalworking skills to complete, they've been used in myanmar.

There's also the issue that the brits would largely have to wage war in urban environments, which would make it very tricky for them to just carpet bomb their enemies.
