By most of the money, if you mean like boomers owning six houses, most parties support heavy taxation on anything that hoards property.
The family unit, be it nuclear or generational is inherently patriarchal so the patriarch would likely hold power over the business but most functioning families are a blend of authoritarianism and democracy
