Hominids were already on earth and evolved for millions of years prior, but most of Ancient Civilizations are traced to extraterrestrial beings who were worshipped as "Gods" and are our ancestors. That is the root of all myths (constantly retold and re-written), religions/spiritual systems, intelligence, technology, and politics generally stems from. About 90% of us have Edenite DNA lost with time. I'm risking a lot releasing this information but with it being Christmas Day I should be safe.
