I have a spic friend from Nicaragua that I get to see on rare occasions. He is very well-spoken and thoughtful. I've met a few great black people as well, particularly the elderly blacks who grew up in this country are more likely to be sweet. Exceptions always exist and I believe we should always judge by merit, as it would obviously be unfair to someone of a lower race to be discounted from a job or role if he was genuinely capable and well-intentioned.
