Where did the "my Roman Empire" meme even come from? I have never heard a single normie say that they even care about the Roman Empire let alone think about it every day. Yet I still hear people, mostly women, saying some such thing is their "Roman Empire"

Yet I still hear people, mostly women, saying some such thing is their "Roman Empire" to suggest it is on their mind constantly. How did this come about?

P.S. I would say that any reasonably educated Western man should have the Empire on his mind at least once a day.
